日本钢管公司福山制铁所烧结厂以降低生产成本为目的,采取了很多节能措施:包括通过提高生产率的办法来降低能源消耗、回收辐射热、削减各种消耗等等。其结果,与1980年的总能源单耗为444Mcal/t-sr(sr 表示烧结矿以下略记)相比,1984年7至9月间降低到294Meal/t-sr,达到了世界先进水平。本文论述有关已实现了的节能项目、设想及内容。另外,对关系到今后节能方面的烧结焙烧管理系统的开发及防止漏风的措施等,简略地加以介绍。
The Japanese steel company Fukuyama Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has adopted a number of energy-saving measures to reduce its production costs, including reducing energy consumption, increasing radiant heat and reducing consumption by increasing productivity. As a result, it dropped to 294 Meal / t-sr between July and September 1984, reaching the world advanced level, compared with the total energy consumption of 444 Mcal / t-sr in 1980 (sr means sinter below). This article discusses the energy-saving projects, ideas and content that have been implemented. In addition, we introduce briefly the development of the roasting and roasting management system and energy saving measures to prevent air leakage in the future.
