针对国内某1 420极薄带钢冷连轧机组辊耗较大,甚至偶发轧辊剥落和爆辊的问题,研究冷轧辊型曲线设计的一般方法,再结合对象轧机的设备与工艺,建立冷连轧机组轧辊辊型曲线参数优化设计模型,并为对象轧机优化设计出新的支撑辊辊型曲线和中间辊辊型曲线。新辊型曲线能够降低轧辊辊间压力分布不均匀程度,并改善弯辊力的调节效果,将其应用于该1 420冷连轧机组后,减少了辊耗与轧辊爆辊的发生率,改善了产品质量,提高了品牌竞争力,给企业带来了效益。
Aiming at the problem of large roll consumption and even occasional roll spalling and burst roll in some 1 420 ultrathin cold strip tandem cold rolling mill in China, the general method of cold roll profile design is studied.
