工程项目造价控制及其管理是一个动态的变化过程,它主要包含了两个方面的内容,工程项目投资费用的控制及其管理和工程项目价格的控制与管理。所谓工程量清单计价,指的就是投标人完成由招标人提供的工程量清单所需要的整体费用。最近几年时间里,随着建筑市场的竞争越来越激烈、招投标的不断完善,从而使得投标方为了能够获得更多的工程项目,致使投标报价一度下降,这样将严重影响企业的经济效益,导致施工企业无法生存与发展。因此,施工企业要重视其成本控制,并想出合理有效地控制方法,以保证自身经济效益。本文主要分析研究了工程量清单计价模式下施工企业成本控制的现状,对其出现的问题进行详细的讲解,同时提出相应的解决措施。
