在叙述钛合金表面α污染层对材料性能严重危害以及金相法检测α污染层比其它方法优越的基础上 ,详细介绍了金相的检测方法。用该方法不仅检测出了 TC4钛合金表面的单相α污染层和富 α相污染层 ,而且检测出了厚度小于 1 0 μm的特殊 α污染层。并对不同 α污染层的形成及其特征进行了探讨
On the basis of describing the serious damage of the α-contamination layer on the surface of the titanium alloy and the superiority of the metallographic method in detecting the α-polluted layer compared with other methods, the detection method of the metallographic phase is introduced in detail. This method not only detected the single-phase α-polluted layer and the α-rich polluted layer on the TC4 titanium alloy surface, but also detected the special α-polluted layer with a thickness of less than 10 μm. The formation and characteristics of different α-polluted layers were also discussed
