我国经济正处于发展的关键时期,国有企业高度重视政工队伍建设,通过一系列措施,政工队伍得到不断加强。当前,部分国有企业政工队伍建设还面临着政工人才结构不尽合理、思想重视程度不足、政工人员选才难、政工人员流动性差等问题。今后一个时期,要在正确认识政工工作的价值、优化政工队伍结构、加快复合型政工人才的培养、拓宽政工人员职业发展通道等方面着手,加强新时期国有企业政工队伍建设,以符合新形势的要求。
