采用热压法和冷切法两种方法制备炭黑分散度测试所需的聚乙烯土工膜试样，并对获得试样的炭黑分散度进行了测定与比较。结果表明：两种方法所制备的试样中炭黑分散度等级存在一定的差异，其中冷切法比热压法更加真实地反映了炭黑的分散度。
