对黑龙江省172位高中生物教师的调查发现,黑龙江省进入新课改七年后,教师对课程标准的认识和把握更准确,对自身专业发展的要求更迫切,但在教学中仍遇到很多困难,尤其是在探究实验的开展上。这些调查反馈为省级培训部门保证培训的针对性和实效性提供了宝贵的资料。
A survey of 172 high school biology teachers in Heilongjiang Province found that after entering the new curriculum reform in Heilongjiang Province for seven years, teachers’ understanding and grasp of curriculum standards is more accurate and their requirements for their own professional development are more urgent. However, they still encounter many problems in teaching Difficulties, especially in the development of inquiry experiments. The feedback from these surveys provided valuable information for provincial training departments to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of training.
