目的观察流程管理对提高救治群体性一氧化碳中毒患者效率和质量的影响,摸索快捷、高效的管理方法。方法将原接诊资料进行研究分析,找出不足,重新制定接诊流程,进行培训,应用于流程管理组,并流程管理实施前后两组资料的接诊时间、进行高压氧治疗时间、满意度做统计学处理分析。结果新的流程管理实施后的2008年-2010年较前接诊时间缩短、高压氧治疗时间提前,满意度提高。结论应用流程管理抢救群体性一氧化碳中毒患者,科学、快捷、高效。
Objective To observe the impact of process management on the efficiency and quality of patients with carbon monoxide poisoning and to find a quick and efficient management method.
