研究DNA生物合成抑制剂5-溴-2-脱氧尿嘧啶(BudR)和蛋白质生物合成抑制剂放线菌酮(CHM)对花椰菜幼苗下胚轴切段离体培养中器官分化的抑制作用,结果表明:1)BudR和CHM对根的分化有一定的抑制效应,达到一定浓度时,能造成根分化的停止.CHM的抑制作用较明显而强烈,表明根的分化对蛋白质的依赖性高于核酸;2)BudR和CHM对芽的分化均有抑制作用,达到一定浓度时,能造成芽分化的停止.BudR的抑制效应较CHM的明显,这表明芽分化过程对核酸合成的依赖性高于蛋白质.
To investigate the inhibitory effect of 5-bromo-2-deoxyuracil (BudR) and cycloheximide (CHM), an inhibitor of DNA biosynthesis, on organ differentiation in vitro of hypocotyl cuttings of cauliflower seedlings. Results The results showed that: 1) BudR and CHM had some inhibitory effect on root differentiation, and reached a certain concentration, which could cause the root differentiation to stop. The inhibitory effect of CHM was more obvious and stronger, indicating that the root differentiation was more dependent on the protein than the nucleic acid. 2) BudR and CHM inhibited the differentiation of buds and reached a certain concentration, which could cause the bud differentiation to stop. The inhibitory effect of BudR was more pronounced than that of CHM, indicating that bud differentiation is more dependent on nucleic acid synthesis than protein.
