目的探讨脑卒中病情的危险因素,为脑卒中一级预防提供依据。方法回顾分析北京市顺义区空港医院2005年1月~2009年12月住院的326例急性脑卒中病例,收集12项潜在影响脑卒中病情的危险因素及易混淆指标,采用非条件logistic回归调查资料。结果 12项影响因素中有4项纳入方程(P<0.05),分别为脑卒中类型、性别、营养状况及心电图异常。结论出血性卒中、女性、营养差、心律失常合并心肌缺血者脑卒中发病时病情重的概率增大;缺血性卒中、男性、营养好、心电图正常者脑卒中发病时病情轻的概率增大。
Objective To explore the risk factors of stroke and provide evidence for primary prevention of stroke. Methods A retrospective analysis of Beijing Shunyi Airport Hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 hospitalized 326 cases of acute stroke, collected 12 potential risk factors affecting stroke and confusing indicators, the use of unconditional logistic regression data . Results Four of the 12 influencing factors were included in the equation (P <0.05), which were stroke type, gender, nutritional status and ECG abnormalities. Conclusion Hemorrhagic stroke, female, poor nutrition, arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia increased the probability of serious illness; ischemic stroke, male, good nutrition, electrocardiogram normal stroke patients with a mild increase in the probability of illness Big.
