蓝冰柏(Cupressus‘Bluelce’)为柏科柏木属常绿乔木,株型垂直,枝条紧凑,整体呈圆形或圆锥形。鳞叶蓝色或蓝绿色,小枝四棱形或圆柱形,通常不排成一个平面,鳞叶小,交叉对生,雌雄同株,球花单生枝顶;球果翌年成熟,球形或近球形。种鳞4对～8对,木质、盾形,熟时张开,中部发育,各对种鳞具5粒以上种子,种子长圆形或长圆状倒卵形,稍扁,有棱角,两侧具窄翅。
