全面提高农民的综合素质,优质、高效地开发农村人力资源,是实现我国农业经济全面可持续发展的战略性选择。提升农民的综合素质,大力培养新型职业农民,是新时期、新阶段出现的新问题,农民职业身份的转变,迫切需要我们适应新的变化采取相应的对策去加以引导和培养。在当前农业教育资源稀缺而又分散的情况下如何使稀缺的农业教育资源真正用于培养职业农民,从而构建起培育新型职业农民教育体系是我们不得不面临的一个问题,本文根据我们近年来在基层农广校从事农民培训的教育教学实践,就基层农广校如何更有效地培养和造就高素质的职业农民问题提出意见和建议,供商榷。
To comprehensively improve the overall quality of peasants and to develop human resources in rural areas in a quality and efficient manner is a strategic choice for realizing the all-round and sustainable development of China’s agricultural economy. To enhance the comprehensive quality of peasants and vigorously cultivate a new type of professional peasants is a new problem that arises in the new period and in a new phase. The change of the peasants’ occupational status urgently requires us to adapt and adapt to new changes and take corresponding measures to guide and train them. How to make the scarce agricultural education resources really cultivate the professional peasants under the circumstance of scarcity and scattered agricultural education resources so as to construct a new type of professional peasant education system is a problem that we have to face. Grassroots agricultural colleges engaged in peasant training education and teaching practice, grass-roots agricultural colleges and universities how to more effectively cultivate and bring up high-quality professional farmers put forward opinions and suggestions for discussion.
