石棉尘绒(俗称石棉粉尘),是石棉制品厂在松解、开选石棉过程中,被除尘器收集起来的一种尘绒,含80%以上长度为0.2～0.4毫米的短纤维,产量约占石棉处理总量5%左右。过去在部分石棉制品中应用了少量这种尘绒,而其余部分,都处理给一些不考虑棉尘危害的小厂,从而扩大了污染丽。因此,能否充分利用这种尘绒,无论是对降低产品成本,还是减少粉尘危害,或者在短棉的利用上,都具有一定意义。我厂新近试验成功的全部使用石棉尘绒制造的自行车用橡胶刹车带,取得了经济效益。
Asbestos dust (commonly known as asbestos dust), asbestos products factory in the release of asbestos process, was collected by a dust collector dust, containing more than 80% of the length of 0.2 to 0.4 mm staple fiber, the production of about Asbestos accounted for about 5% of the total.
