做教师已经三十多年,做校长也已近二十年;而下棋的时间更长,这是我从小的爱好。如果说下棋是一种个人爱好,做校长是一种组织任命,那么这两条初看并不相交的生活轨迹,随着时间的推移,却渐行渐近,直至相交、重合。因为,在我的生命历程中,不管是生活中的下棋还是校长岗位的管理,都成了我的一种人生自觉。 It has been more than 30 years since I became a teacher and almost 20 years as a principal. Playing chess has been taking place longer, which is my childhood hobby.
