湖南省重大工业技改工程——涟钢焦化专用铁路桥工程地质条件较为复杂,其地基杂填土松散,第四系残坡积层厚薄极不均匀,基岩浅部溶沟、溶槽发育,第四系孔隙水与基岩岩溶裂隙水通过导水天窗发生水力联系,因此该工程地基处理是项大型的复杂岩土工程。采用高压(20~30MPa)旋喷双液分喷法处理后,对施工的40根桩分别进行了钻孔抽芯及小应变检测结果表明,桩身完整,桩体密度、单桩与桩土复合地基的允许承载力均达到或超过设计要求,施工符合规范要求,质量可靠,建设、监理和设计方对此项地基处理工程给予了较高的评价。

The construction meets the requirements of the code and the quality is reliable. The construction, supervision and design parties give a high evaluation of the foundation treatment project.
