采用高效液相色谱法测定20%苯醚甲环唑·烯肟菌胺悬浮剂中的有效成分含量,外标法定量。采用250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装C18填充物,粒径5μm;以乙腈-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:236nm。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和烯肟菌胺的标准偏差分别为0.075、0.065;变异系数为0.72%、0.62%;平均回收率为98.90%、98.8%。
The content of the active ingredients in 20% difenoconazole · vioxime suspension was determined by HPLC, and the content was determined by external standard method. A stainless steel column of 250 mm × 4.6 mm (i.d.) was used. The column was filled with C18 filler and the particle size was 5 μm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (70:30), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 236 nm. The results showed that the standard deviations of difenoconazole and difenoconazole were 0.075 and 0.065, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.72% and 0.62%. The average recoveries were 98.90% and 98.8% respectively.
