目的通过观察高尿酸血症患者血浆纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1(PAI-1)与内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平,了解高尿酸血症对血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选择年龄大于30岁的男性高尿酸血症患者150例为高尿酸血症组(UA组),选择年龄、地域相匹配的健康体检者90例为正常对照组(CON组)。测定上述研究对象血浆PAI-1、ET与NO水平及尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)含量。结果高尿酸血症组血浆PAI-1与ET水平分别为(94.62±11.01)mmol/L与(128.04±27.76)mmol/L,明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而NO水平(38.49±2.24)mmol/L低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症是血管内皮细胞损伤的独立危险因素之一,合并糖脂代谢紊乱者尤甚。
Objective To observe the effects of hyperuricemia on the function of vascular endothelial cells by observing the levels of plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with hyperuricemia . Methods 150 male patients with hyperuricemia older than 30 years old were selected as the hyperuricemia group (UA group). 90 healthy subjects of the age and geography were selected as normal control group (CON group). The levels of plasma PAI-1, ET and NO and the levels of UA, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL -C), fasting blood glucose (FPG) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) content. Results The levels of plasma PAI-1 and ET in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (94.62 ± 11.01 mmol / L vs 128.04 ± 27.76 mmol / L, P <0.01) ± 2.24) mmol / L lower than the normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Hyperuricemia is one of the independent risk factors of vascular endothelial cell injury, especially in patients with disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism.
