目的 探索菊科植物灯盏花 Erigeron breviscapus的化学成分。方法 采用各种色谱分离技术 ,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定了化合物的结构。结果 从灯盏花的乙醇提取物中分得了 2个化合物 ,经光谱学分析鉴定它们的结构分别为 :1-羟基 - 2 ,3 ,5 -三甲氧基酮 ( 1- hydroxy- 2 ,3 ,5 - trim ethoxy xanthone, ) ,1- ( 2′-γ-吡喃酮 ) - 6-咖啡酰基 -α- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 ( 1- 2′- γ- pyranone) - 6- caffeoyl- α- D- pyranoglucose, )。结论 化合物 , 为新化合物。化合物 对 TNF-α诱导的内皮细胞粘附有一定的抑制作用。提示它对缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective To explore the chemical composition of Erigeron breviscapus, a species of Asteraceae. Methods A variety of chromatographic separation techniques, physicochemical constants and spectral analysis were used to identify the structure of the compounds. Results Two compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Erigeron breviscapus. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis as follows: 1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxynonanone (1-hydroxy-2 ,3 , 5 - trim ethoxy xanthone, ), 1-(2’-γ-pyrone) - 6-caffeoyl-α-D-glucopyranoside ( 1- 2’-γ-pyranone) - 6- caffeoyl- α - D-pyanoglucose, ). Conclusion Compounds are new compounds. Compounds have a certain inhibitory effect on TNF-α-induced endothelial cell adhesion. It suggests that it has a protective effect against ischemia-reperfusion injury.
