本文介绍笔者通过对４５７例传染病患者ＣＴ扫描的观察，发现该类患者由于心理素质、性格、敏感性、耐受性及对传染病的认识，ＣＴ扫描目的、认识等差异，将传染病患者心态分为：自疑自卑心态、忧虑恐惧心态、孤独寂寞心态、绝望厌世心态、逆反抗拒心态、埋怨不信任心态等６类。分别进行心理护理，取得了满意的效果。 This article describes the author’s observation of 457 cases of communicable disease patients with CT scans and found that this type of patients will be affected by the differences in psychological quality, personality, sensitivity, tolerability and understanding of infectious diseases, CT scan purpose, understanding, etc. The mentality is divided into six categories: self-embarrassed feelings of self-esteem, fear of fear, loneliness, desperation-weariness, rebelliousness, and disbelief. Psychological care was performed separately and satisfactory results were achieved.
