2014年宁波全市深入贯彻市委、市政府建设现代化国际港口城市的战略部署,积极实施扩大对外开放、加快转型发展的政策措施,努力营造开放型经济发展的良好环境。全年利用外资增势平稳,境外投资不断拓展,服务外包各指标增幅明显。展望2015年,国际国内形势依旧复杂多变,宁波开放型经济应紧跟国家发展战略,抓好对外招商引资,做好外贸结构转型升级。一、2014年宁波市开放型经济基本情况(一)总体情况 In 2014, the city of Ningbo thoroughly implemented the strategic plan of the municipal party committee and municipal government in building a modern international port city and actively implemented the policy measures of opening up to the outside world and speeding up the transformation and development so as to create a favorable environment for the development of an open economy. The year-on-year increase in the utilization of foreign capital was steady and the overseas investment continued to expand. All indicators of service outsourcing showed an obvious increase. Looking into 2015, the international and domestic situations are still complex and changeable. Ningbo’s open economy should closely follow the national development strategy, make good investments overseas and do a good job of restructuring and upgrading its foreign trade structure. I.
