目的了解选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂生产企业的职业病危害及其关键控制点。方法依据危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)理论,采用现场职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测相结合的方法,对新疆某SCR脱硝催化剂生产企业进行职业病危害关键控制点分析。结果该企业主要存在噪声、化学毒物和粉尘等职业病危害因素。噪声、有毒物质监测结果均合格,生产性粉尘检测结果合格率为92.3%(12/13),混料机(1层、2层)、切割机等是职业病危害关键控制点。结论该SCR脱硝催化剂企业存在化学毒物中毒、尘肺病和职业性噪声聋等职业病风险,可应用危害分析、关键控制点原理和方法对其进行防控。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and key control points of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration catalyst producers. Methods Based on the HACCP theory, a key control point of occupational hazards in an SCR denitrification catalyst production enterprise in Xinjiang was analyzed by the combination of on-site occupational health survey and occupational hazard factor testing. As a result, there are mainly occupational hazards such as noise, chemical poisons and dust in this enterprise. The monitoring results of noise and toxic substances were all qualified. The passing rate of productive dust test was 92.3% (12/13), and the mixer (1st and 2nd floors) and cutting machine were the key control points of occupational hazards. Conclusion The SCR denitrification catalyst enterprises have the risk of occupational diseases such as chemical poisoning, pneumoconiosis and occupational noise deafness, and can be applied to the prevention and control of the hazard analysis and the principle and method of the key control points.
