为保障双转子涡扇发动机的安全试飞,针对双转子涡扇发动机的振动特点,基于飞行试验中发动机振动加装参数专门建立了双转子涡扇发动机的振动基准曲线。与传统单一振动限制值监测的方法相比,基于振动基准曲线的方法充分考虑了发动机的工作状态、发动机的个体振动特点和差异,对发动机振动状态具有更强的敏感性,更能反应发动机的工作状态。通过录取发动机不同工作状态下的试飞数据,建立了某型涡扇发动机高低压转子基频分量的振动基准曲线,为发动机事后离线振动监测提供参考,为发动机的安全试飞提供保障。
In order to ensure the safe flight test of twin-rotor turbofan engine, aiming at the vibration characteristics of dual-rotor turbofan engine, the vibration reference curve of dual-rotor turbofan engine was established based on the parameters of engine vibration in flight test.
