立定三级跳远是由原地双脚起跳、单脚着地接一个跨步跳、再接一个腾空双脚着地的跳跃动作。它既是速度与力量的结合,又是三跳之间节奏的体现。因此,在其训练中,我们既要重视完整技术的练习,更要重视每一跳的训练。目的是更好地发挥每一跳的爆发力,并将三跳的技术及能力结合在一起,以促进特长生立定三级跳远成绩的快速提高。一、第一跳获得最大初速度和适宜起跳角度的练习方法(一)原地向上屈臂摆动练习第一,徒手练习。两臂后引然后快速向前上方摆动。
