应用异搏定静脉注射5～10mg并继以0.25～0.3mg/分静脉点滴治疗20例严重高血压患者。剂量30～40mg,平均35.5mg。血压平均降低6.5/2.9kPa(41/22mmHg)。全组未见不良反应。
Application Verapamil intravenous injection of 5 ~ 10mg and followed by 0.25 ~ 0.3mg / min intravenous infusion of 20 cases of severe hypertension. The dose of 30 ~ 40mg, an average of 35.5mg. Blood pressure decreased by an average of 6.5 / 2.9kPa (41 / 22mmHg). No adverse reactions in the whole group.
