目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声联合超声弹性成像在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用。方法对2010年8月至2013年10月住院手术并经病理确诊的57个甲状腺肿块的二维图像和弹性成像进行回顾性分析,总结声像图特征。结果 57个肿块中,高频彩色多普勒超声联合弹性成像正确诊断恶性46个,误诊11个,其中恶性误诊为良性的9个,良性误诊为恶性的2个。结论常规高频彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像二者联合,综合分析,必要时结合穿刺活检,可大大提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To investigate the application of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography combined with ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Two-dimensional images and elastography of 57 thyroid masses confirmed by pathology in our hospital from August 2010 to October 2013 were analyzed retrospectively to summarize sonographic features. Results Of the 57 masses, high-frequency color Doppler combined with elastography correctly diagnosed 46 malignant and 11 misdiagnosed cases, of which 9 were misdiagnosed as malignant and 2 as benign. Conclusion Conventional high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography both combined, comprehensive analysis, if necessary combined with biopsy, can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
