为了克服一些常规方法在调整油井注水剖面过程中存在的不足,一项利用微生物的孢子调整油藏注水剖面的技术正在研究。分离出一株具有耐盐性,可产生内生孢子的菌种,并对其生物学特性做了研究。该菌能生产生物聚合物,其孢子在大于500mD的贝雷岩芯中易于运移。采用特殊的营养物配方,有助于该菌萌发生产孢子并产生物膜,降低岩石的渗透率,通过室内不同注入方案的设计,可改变其在油层内运移深度以及降低岩芯渗透率。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of some conventional methods in adjusting the water injection profile of a well, a technique for adjusting the water injection profile of a reservoir by using spores of microorganisms is being studied. A strain of salt-tolerant endospore-producing bacteria was isolated and its biological characteristics were studied. The bacterium can produce biopolymers, the spores of which are easily transported in Berea cores greater than 500 mD. Adopting special nutrient formula, it can help spore germinate to produce spore and produce membrane, which can reduce the permeability of rock. Through the design of different indoor injection schemes, it can change its depth of migration in the oil layer and reduce the core permeability.
