将酚醛树脂(PF)改性硅酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、羧甲基纤维素和水按比例混合均匀后,制得新型碳质金矿球团复合黏合剂;将该黏合剂与矿粉混合均匀,按一定的制球工艺制成矿粉球团。研究结果表明:对所制球团的平均跌落强度而言,生球超过110次,成球为18次;生球承受的最大力为569.44 N,成球承受的最大力为272.80 N;成球在水中分散性良好,其浸金回收率为96.6%,并且球团性能满足回转窑的工艺要求。
