目的:建立优化中药提取工艺新方法。方法:以电化学指纹图谱的特征参数诱导时间为指标,设计正交试验,优化中药方剂的提取工艺。结果:药材的最佳提取工艺为10倍药材量的60%乙醇,提取时间3h,提取3次,中药处方提取物活性成分最高,方法学考察符合要求。结论:电化学指纹图谱技术用于优化中药提取工艺,具有很好的应用前景。
Objective: To establish a new method to optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Taking the induction time of the characteristic parameters of electrochemical fingerprint as an index, orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results: The best extraction process of medicinal herbs was 60% ethanol with 10 times the amount of medicinal herbs. The extraction time was 3 hours and the extraction time was 3 times. The active ingredient of the prescription extract of Chinese medicine was the highest, and the methodological study met the requirements. Conclusion: Electrochemical fingerprinting technology is used to optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine and has good application prospects.
