经对‘国光’苹果成花短枝和叶芽短枝的芽和叶片内核酸(RNA、DNA)动态变化进行分析、研究,发现在花芽分化过程中,花芽和叶芽的RNA和DNA的变化趋势在花芽分化前期(即生理分化期、初分化期、花萼期)基本相似,大都呈逐渐上升趋势。后期随着花器官的形成,动态曲线呈有升有降,即有积累和消耗,但花芽之变化幅度大于叶芽,而且,RNA一直保持较高水平,DNA则为较低水平。RNA比DNA变化幅度大。特别是在生理分化到花原基形成芽的转变时期,RNA花芽值高于叶芽和花叶值,而DNA花芽值则低于叶芽和花叶值,处于较低水平。RNA/DNA值花芽高于叶芽和花叶,分别为4.76±0.08、3.83±0.49、2.42±0.30。
The dynamic changes of RNA and DNA in shoots and leaves of ’Guoguang’ apple were studied. The results showed that the changes of RNA and DNA in flower buds and leaves buds were in the trend of Pre-flower bud differentiation (ie physiological differentiation, early differentiation, calyx) basically similar, mostly showed a gradual upward trend. With the formation of floral organs in late stage, the dynamic curves showed a rise and fall, that is, accumulation and consumption, but the flower buds change more than the bud, and RNA has remained at a high level, DNA was at a lower level. RNA changes more than DNA. Especially during the period of physiological differentiation to the formation of buds of flower primordia, RNA flower buds were higher than leaf buds and flower buds, while DNA flower buds were lower than buds and flower buds at lower levels. The RNA / DNA value of flower buds was higher than leaf buds and mosaic leaves, which were 4.76 ± 0.08, 3.83 ± 0.49 and 2.42 ± 0.30, respectively.
