第一条:制定目的和依据为进一步强化食品药品安全管理,落实企业主体责任,提高食品药品质量管理水平,预防食品药品安全事故的发生,提升监管效能,切实保障公众饮食用药安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、《中华人民共和国药品管理法》、《医疗器械监督管理条例》、《化妆品卫生监督条例》和《关于建立餐饮服务食品安全责任人约谈制度的通知》(国食药监食[2010]485号)等规定,制定本办法。
