闭角型青光眼术后滤过泡的纤维化是抗青光眼滤过性手术失败的重要原因之一。为提高手术的成功率，获得较好的远期效果，我们采用小梁切除术中及术后应用5—FIJ的方法，对15例（29只眼）闭角型青光眼进行临床观察，现将结果报告如下：1对象和方法1．1对象：选择闭角型青光眼31例
