在分析影响煤矸石山爆炸因素的基础上,结合状态方程和比内能方程,研究了煤矸石山爆炸机理及动力特性,探讨了煤矸石山爆炸事故的预防对策。在研究煤矸石山爆炸的过程中,应用化学热力学反应理论,对在水蒸气-空气的摩尔比为100、温度为1 000 K、压力比为1的情况下,计算了混合气体的爆炸压力。研究结果可为煤炭生产企业制定煤矸石山自燃爆炸预警措施提供依据,同时也是认识煤矸石山爆炸危险性的基础,为主动预防煤矸石山爆炸具有极其重要的现实意义。
Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the explosion of coal gangue hill, combined with the state equation and specific internal energy equation, the explosion mechanism and dynamic characteristics of coal gangue hill were studied, and the prevention measures of coal gangue hill explosion accident were discussed. In the study of gangue hill explosion, the explosion pressure of mixed gas was calculated using the theory of chemical thermodynamics, with the molar ratio of water vapor to air of 100, temperature of 1000 K and pressure ratio of 1. The results of this study can provide basis for coal producers to make early warning measures for spontaneous combustion explosion of gangue hill, and at the same time they are also the basis for understanding the explosion hazard of coal gangue hill. It is of extremely important practical significance for the active prevention of coal gangue hill explosion.
