在英明领袖华主席抓纲治国战略决策的指引下,在迎接全国科学大会即将胜利召开的日子里,1977年11月9～11日,在上海市公安局劳改局党委的领导下,在上海市第一机电工业局的大力支持下,在上海市劳动电焊机厂和上海市汽车钢圈厂召开了车轮合成药芯焊丝四头 CO_2 自动弧焊工艺与设备技术鉴定会。参加会议的有科研单位、高等院校、焊丝制造厂、各地汽车制造厂等共23个单位、42名代表。车轮合成药芯焊丝四头 CO_2 自动弧焊工艺及设备技术,是由郑州机械研究所、上海汽车钢圈厂、上海劳动电焊机厂组成三结合攻关小组,在总结了以往实芯焊丝车轮四头CO_2 自动焊工艺与设备经验的基础上研制
