针对SHS烧结多孔疏松材料的加压致密化过程进行有限元分析,采用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了在主要工艺参数不变、孔隙比不同时,压坯压下量为30%时,疏松孔的变形情况。通过变形区应力应变的分布,孔形状及尺寸的变化,材料变形力的变化,得出了不同孔隙百分比对加压致密化程度过程的影响。
