以“晋豆八号”作材料,利用组织培养方法研究盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸对大豆离 体胚再生植株的膜脂过氧化水平、保护酶系统、可溶性蛋白质及线粒体超微结构的影 响。结果表明:在外源脯氨酸的作用下,大豆再生植株体内 MDA含量减少,膜相对透 性降低,SOD、POD两种酶活性明显提高,可溶性蛋白质含量增加;电镜观测显示,外 源脯氨酸可以有效缓解盐胁迫对大豆离休胚再生植株线粒体结构的损伤。
Using “Jin Dou No.8” as material, the effects of exogenous proline on membrane lipid peroxidation, protective enzyme system, soluble protein and mitochondrial ultrastructure of soybean embryogenic regenerated plants under salt stress were studied by tissue culture method . The results showed that under the action of exogenous proline, the content of MDA decreased, the relative permeability of membrane decreased, the activity of SOD and POD increased obviously and the content of soluble protein increased. The electron microscope showed that the content of exogenous proline It can effectively alleviate the damage of mitochondrial structure induced by salt stress in the regenerated plantlets of soybean.
