用免疫法复制成大鼠溃疡性结肠炎实验模型,造型动物血清抗大肠抗体均阳性,IgG 显著增高,总 E-玫瑰花结形成率、活性 E-玫瑰花结形成率,淋巴细胞转化率明显降低。结肠组织病理学检查溃疡部位有大量嗜中性白细胞、淋巴细胞、浆细胞、嗜酸性白细胞浸润。从而证实了溃疡性结肠炎的免疫发病学说。经用健脾灵治疗后,实验大鼠结肠粘膜炎症消退、溃疡修复,明显优于补脾益肠丸组和偶氮磺胺吡啶组。其非特异性细胞免疫功能明显提高,血清抗大肠抗体滴度和 IgG 水平显著下降,提示健脾灵治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机理与免疫调节作用有关。
