银行信贷在调节房价的活动中起着关键性的作用,既能影响到开发商筹划开工,同时也影响消费者购房的需求一个因素。银行信贷在稳定住房价格和遏制住房价格恶性抬高等方面有着积极作用,但要借助银行信贷解决房地产市场和房地产信贷活动中存在的问题也可以实现的。因此,本文分析了银行信贷活动对房地产业的影响的基础上,探讨了如何运用银行信贷活动促进房地产业的健康有序的发展。
Bank credit plays a key role in the regulation of housing prices, which can affect not only the developers’ planning and start-up but also the demand of consumers to buy a home. Bank credit plays a positive role in stabilizing housing prices and curbing the vicious rise of housing prices. However, it is also possible to solve the problems in real estate market and real estate credit lending with bank credit. Therefore, based on the analysis of the impact of bank credit activities on the real estate industry, this paper discusses how to use bank credit activities to promote the healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry.
