目的:研究不同切制法对楤木根皮中皂苷类成分的影响。方法:采用鲜切法和干切法对楤木根皮进行切制,以属性较强的显色法进行总皂苷含量测定,并以HPLC测定皂苷元齐墩果酸的含量。结果:齐墩果酸在2.08~10.4 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率98.33%,RSD 0.83%。鲜切与传统切制根皮总皂苷平均质量分数分别为8.26%,6.59%;鲜切与传统切制根皮齐墩果酸质量分数分别为5.26%,5.23%。结论:楤木根皮采用鲜切法优于传统切制法,能有效降低皂苷类成分的损失,为今后将楤木开发应用提供参考。
Objective: To study the effect of different cutting methods on the saponins in the root bark of Eucalyptus urophylla. Methods: Fresh cut and dry cutting methods were used to cut the root bark of Alder, and the total saponin content was determined by the chromogenic method with strong properties. The content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC. Results: The linear relationship of oleanolic acid was 2.08-10.4 mg.L-1 (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 98.33% and the RSD was 0.83%. The average mass fraction of total saponins in fresh-cut and traditional cut roots were 8.26% and 6.59%, respectively. The oleanolic acid mass fractions of fresh-cut and traditional cut roots were 5.26% and 5.23%, respectively. Conclusion: The fresh cut method is better than traditional cutting method, which can effectively reduce the loss of saponins and provide reference for the future development and application of eucalyptus.
