片上系统(SoC)技术是近年来随着微电子技术发展出现的新技术,现已被广泛应用。利用SoC可以将原来由许多芯片完成的复杂功能,集中到一块芯片中完成,以获得更高的系统性能。以某火控系统中的模拟量输入通道为例,阐述了通过SoC技术,用基于FPGA/CPLD的方法对火控系统硬件电路进行维修改造,从而探讨了解决装备维修问题的一种方法。并讨论了改造过程中单稳态触发器96L02的替代问题,以及FPGA/CPLD与外围电路的驱动能力问题。
System-on-chip (SoC) technology is a new technology that has emerged in recent years with the development of microelectronics and is now widely used. The use of SoC can be completed by many of the original complex functions of the chip, a single chip to complete, in order to obtain higher system performance. Taking the analog input channel of a fire control system as an example, the method of solving the equipment maintenance problem by expatiating how to repair the hardware circuit of fire control system by FPGA / CPLD based on SoC technology is expounded. And discusses the replacement of the monostable flip-flop 96L02 in the rebuild process, as well as the driving capability of the FPGA / CPLD and peripheral circuits.
