以网球拍用7075铝合金为研究对象,研究终时效处理时间对合金显微组织、显微硬度、耐腐蚀能力的影响。结果表明,随终时效时间的延长,铝合金的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,当终时效时间为36 h时取得最小值为211μm;铝合金的显微硬度先增大后减小,当终时效时间为27 h时得到最大值191.62 HV;铝合金的自腐蚀电流先减小后增大,当终时效时间36 h时达到最小,为1.732×10-5A·cm-2。
With 7075 aluminum alloy tennis racket as the research object, the effect of the final aging treatment time on the microstructure, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the alloy was studied. The results show that the grain size of aluminum alloy decreases first and then increases with the aging time, and the minimum value of the grain size is 211μm when the final aging time is 36 h. The microhardness of aluminum alloy first increases and then decreases, When the final aging time is 27 h, the maximum value is 191.62 HV. The self-corrosion current of aluminum alloy first decreases and then increases, reaching the minimum of 1.732 × 10-5A · cm-2 when the final aging time is 36 h.
