资产负债管理是商业银行的综合性管理技术. 分析了现有研究的特点和不足,以线性规划为手段,以资产收益最大化为目标函数,以法律约束、法规约束和经营管理约束为条件,在满足流动性、安全性和盈利性要求的前提下,建立了资产负债组合优化决策模型,解决了商业银行各种资产数量的优化配置问题.
