研究利用溶剂热法提取紫叶稠李叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,考察了乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度及提取级数5个单因素对紫叶稠李叶黄酮提取率的影响,并在单因素的基础上进行正交实验得到紫叶稠李叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数为70%、料液比1g:40mL、提取2.5h、提取温度80℃,提取2次。并研究了紫叶稠李叶提取物在新榨豆油中的抗氧化作用,效果良好。
The optimum conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from the leaves of Pseudostellaria sinica were studied by solvothermal method. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction series on the extraction of flavones Rate and the orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor to get the best extraction conditions of purple leaf thick plum flavonoids: ethanol volume fraction of 70%, the ratio of 1g: 40mL, extraction 2.5h, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extracted twice. The antioxidative effect of the extract of Plectranthra vaporariorum in freshly squeezed soybean oil was studied and the effect was good.
