本文在宽广的温度(-200~+250℃)、频率(100Hz~100kHz)及湿度(O~100%RH)范围内,采用一个计算机数字温度控制全自动平衡电桥测试系统,对聚合物薄膜KAPTON进行了介电谱研究。本研究特别从干燥与吸湿薄膜低温松弛特性——复介电系数ε′、ε″测量结果,利用SEM分析与讨论了吸湿低温介电松弛效应可能的机理,并用扩展Debye松弛理论给予理论解释。计算了松弛活化能。
In this paper, a computer digital temperature control fully automatic balancing bridge test system is used in the range of temperature (-200 ~ + 250 ℃), frequency (100Hz ~ 100kHz) and humidity (O ~ 100% RH) KAPTON conducted a dielectric spectroscopy study. In this study, the possible mechanism of dielectric relaxation of hygroscopic low temperature was analyzed and discussed by SEM, especially from the low temperature relaxation characteristics of dry and hygroscopic films - the complex dielectric coefficient ε ’, ε ". The extended Debye relaxation theory was used to give a theoretical explanation. Relaxation activation energy was calculated.
