The popularity of automatic hematology counter makes significant changes in hematology test, which greatly improves work efficiency and provides more and more accurate hematological parameters for clinic. We purchased Micro Diff Ⅱ type blood produced by Kurt Company Cell analyzer after more than a year of application, the main classification of its white blood cells were discussed.
