编者的话 作为学校德育工作的一项基础性工程——行为规范教育,在本市各中小学已开展了十多年。多年来,行为规范教育与训练无论对校容、校貌的改善,还是对学生文明礼仪的养成,以及对建立和维护正常的教育秩序,推进学校教育改革都起到过一定的作用。然而,随着科技的发展,我国社会政治、经济和文化改革的不断深入以及素质教育的全面实施,作为在特定历史条件下产生并发展起来的学校行为规范教育与训练同样面临新情况、新问题和新挑战,现行的中小学行为规范教育的不适应已日显突出。如何在新形势下改进和加强中小学行为规范教育已成为教育界普遍关注的热门话题。为了进一步探索新形势下行为规范教育的理念、思路和工作方法,本刊编辑部邀请了部分德育研究工作者就这一问题进行了讨论,以期“一石激起千层浪”。对我们共同关注这一问题的发展。
Editor’s words As a basic project of school moral education work, behavioral standardization education has been carried out in various primary and secondary schools in the city for more than 10 years. For many years, behavioral norms education and training have played a role in improving the school capacity and appearance, as well as the cultivation of students’ civilized etiquette, as well as the establishment and maintenance of normal educational order and the promotion of school education reform. However, with the development of science and technology, the continuous deepening of social and political, economic, and cultural reforms in China and the full implementation of quality education are also faced with new situations and new problems as a standardized and standardized school behavioral education and training. With new challenges, the current maladjustment of behavioral education in primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent. How to improve and strengthen the education of behavioral norms in primary and secondary schools has become a hot topic in the education community. In order to further explore the concepts, ideas, and working methods of behavioral normative education in the new situation, the editorial department of the journal invited some moral education researchers to discuss this issue in the hope that “one stone will provoke thousands of layers”. We pay attention to the development of this issue.
