目的 探讨婴幼儿立体视觉的发育规律和成熟时期.方法 用新型静态随机点立体图深度翻转作视刺激, 对用常规心理物理学方法检测立体视功能为正常的20 名儿童和20 名成人进行视诱发电位检测.结果 在不同大小视差的立体图刺激时, 儿童和成人均可在250 MS 左右记录到宽大的正波( 以下简称P250 波) ; 在不同大小视差的立体图刺激时, 儿童的P250 波潜伏时均比成人延长, 振幅没有明显差异.结论 儿童对立体刺激的神经电生理反应时间比成人长, 推测这可能是儿童立体视觉尚不成熟的电生理证据“,”Objective To study the course of development of stereopsis in children. Methods A set of static random-dot stereograms was utilized as stimulus to elicit evoked potentials in 20 stereo-normal children and 20 adults. Results A characteristic wide positive wave at about 250ms (P250 wave) was consistently recorded with different degrees of disparate stimuli in children and adults. The mean latencies of P250 waves in children were always longer than that of adults with various disparity stimuli. But, the mean amplitudes of P250 waves between children and adults were not significantly different. Conclusions The feature of the longer neuro-physiological processing in children might be the electrophysiological evidence of developmental immaturity of stereopsis in children.
