语言是司法文书教学的重点内容之一。教学方法直接影响着教学效果的优劣。所谓,善其法者“师逸而功倍”,不善其法者“师勤而功半”。在司法文书语言教学中,笔者采用了讲、评、练三管齐下的教学方法,即以讲解为基础教学,使学生首先在理论上对司法语言及其语体风格有初步认知;然后,再以评析范文为语言训练的重要手段,使学生在感性体验中进一步明确认识司法语言;最后,通过语言应用练习和教师讲评,在巩固司法语言知识的同时培养其语言应用技能,达到学以致用的学习目的,收到了较好的教学效果。
