通过应用7个白僵菌不同菌株对马尾松毛虫进行室内和林间防治试验比较,结果表明,不同菌株间的毒力存在显著差异,以Bbf1菌株对马尾松毛虫幼虫毒力最高,室内毒力测定幼虫校正死亡率达97.7%,林间防治效果达94.3%,Bbf1菌株经大规模生产和大面积防治示范,菌粉平均含孢量达2×1010个·g-1以上,平均防治效果达90%以上,取得了明显的经济、社会和生态效益.
