目的:评价莪术油眼用凝胶对兔腺病毒性3型角膜炎的治疗作用。方法:造模成功后,将实验动物随机分为腺病毒感染未治疗组(0.9%氯化钠注射液滴眼)、阿昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗组和莪术油眼用凝胶治疗组3组,每组6只(12只眼),另取6只正常非感染病毒白兔作为空白对照组(0.9%氯化钠注射液滴眼)。于实验的第3,第6,第10d在裂隙灯显微镜下观察白兔眼部病变的变化。结果:用药后第3,第6及10d观察,未治疗组(角膜病变分值3.75、3.67及3.58)兔角膜病变程度较严重,而阿昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗组(2.92、1.83及0.75)和莪术油眼用凝胶治疗组(2.33、1.08及0.25)兔角膜病变较轻(P<0.01或0.05),尤其莪术油眼用凝胶治疗组兔角膜病变程度最轻(P<0.01),且在用药后第10天兔角膜病变康复得最好。用药10d后观察兔角膜上皮松解、脱落,而阿昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗组和莪术油眼用凝胶治疗组角膜上皮完整、细胞排列整齐。结论:莪术油眼用凝胶对兔腺病毒3型角膜炎有明显的治疗作用,可以显著缩小角膜病变面积,促进角膜上皮细胞的修复,其作用优于阿昔洛韦眼用凝胶。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of zedoary oil ophthalmic gel on rabbit adenovirus type 3 keratitis. After 10 days of treatment, the rabbit corneal epithelium was detached and detached, while acyclovir ocular gel treatment group and zedoary oil ophthalmic gel treatment group corneal epithelial integrity, cell arrangement neat. CONCLUSION: The zedoary oil ophthalmic gel has a significant therapeutic effect on rabbit adenovirus type 3 keratitis, which can significantly reduce the area of corneal lesions and promote the repair of corneal epithelial cells, which is superior to acyclovir ophthalmic gel.
