水产动物病害已成为影响我国水产养殖业发展的一个非常突出的问题。目前,国内水产养殖业所使用的渔药有抗微生物药、杀虫驱虫药、渔用消毒剂、养殖环境改良剂、饲料药物添加剂及生物制品等。药物具有防病治病的作用,但也会对养殖动物产生毒害或刺激作用。基于此,消毒药物的急性毒性试验采用半静水法或流水法药浴方式,毒性试验结果用半数致死浓度(LC50)表示,现有研究结果和大量生产实践表明,不同养殖对象对药物的敏感程度与养殖种类、个体规格以及养殖环境和用药方法有关。
